Light and capable still and video

The camera takes excellent stills. After much searching in Full Frame to M 4/3, This camera represents the best choice as a combo of high megapixel stills, and low aliasing/moire on video. My A&II has ridiculous aliasing. The A7rII is very expensive, as is the A7sII. The camera is not 4k, but there is very little outlet for that now. The NX1 has limited lens choice and the Canon M has no viewfinder. M 4/3 cameras largely top out at 16mp and have a smaller sensor. The newer GX8 is nice but more expensive!

What is the difference between this and the Sony A5100??

Just comparing the two models and needed to do more research on my purchase.
A6000 has viewfinder (very useful) and superior video

Alpha a6000 Screen

Does the screen flip around so you can see yourself when the camera is pointed at you? (kinda like a selfie but for other uses like setting up recordings?
No unfortunately

Difference between mirror or no mirrow - other than obvious no mirror

Oother than the obvious "no mirror" what the advantage of a camera with a mirror and one without a mirror? Is one better (higler quality)?
Mirrorless lets you preview an image at the chosen exposure. Often usefull in dim light or night photography
