To get the maximum distance you need to have an area without a lot of interference, but having the antennas set as advertised makes a big difference. The camera shots and videos are excellent quality.

I am extremely happy with this product, but if I could make one improvement I would make it a little more difficult to take the ball out of the socket. Once in awhile when handling it, by twisting it a little farther than I should it will pop out when I don't want it too, but overall and excellent product.

Keep your windshield clear with this dashboard mount that features a nonskid backing and safety anchor to ensure the mount stays firmly in place. The mount stores easily, leaving no sign of a GPS device in the car.

Can you append to an existing recording? Can you overwrite a section of an existing recording? The manuals of the 333 & 440 models show this ability. List please the models with this ability. Thank you.
I haven't had the need to use it yet, however if you open the Sound Organizer Program that you download to your computer from the recorder you can combine multiple files.
If you haven't already downloaded the program just plug your device into your computer and load the program to your computer. The ability to combine files is under the edit menu.
