Can I use a Bluetooth speaker for surrounds (other than the ridiculously expensive sony wireless) while having wired speakers on at the same time? Also can I have bluetooth speakers playing while using my phone to bluetooth music through the receiver?

Rocketfish makes a great little Bluetooth connector that you connect to the receiver and your speakers.

I have an LG OLED TV, will I still be able to change input and control volume with the magic remote or will I need to use the Sony's remote for those functions?

You should be able to program the remote to the receiver. Not all the functions will work but you can use the volume controls, play, pause, stop, etc...I have with my dish remote....
