First came broken, next is okay

Our first delivery was damaged on the outside and delivery people couldn't stay long enough to see if it worked. It didn't go beyond filling water, every time we attempted to try it filled all the way then stopped at washing stage. We got a replacement after a week which worked well. Second delivery person said this model has a lot of issues. So, keep in mind.

Good upgrade from Vivofit 1

I got this one to replace my Vivofit 1 which lost a lot of display cells all of a sudden. The screen is smaller but easier to read. Backlight is a huge plus. Setting up was tricky because the enclosed guide skips steps. I had to call the customer service. It syncs faster than Vivo1. The clasp is more secure than Vivo1 but the top tooth keeps coming off of the hole which is annoying. It didn't come with Ant USB adapter like Vivo1 which is bad. How would people connect it to their computers? It also doesn't come in an HR monitor bundle option. I haven't tried my HR monitor chest strap with it but was told it is compatible. So if you have a Garmin chest strap you can use it with this product. I'm cutting 1 star because of those drawbacks, the operation is 5 star.
