Bad reception jerky video

I tried to use this with a Moho Leaf Antenna and with the antenna it came with. The video was jerky and poor quality. I live within 5 miles of a broadcast station. I returned it and got my money back.

Hauppauge - WinTV tuner and software. The result was bad reception and jerky video. I returned the product and got my money back. It may work better on a TV set but I never tried it that way.

I really enjoy my new Dell - Inspiron 23.8 All-in-One computer. I was looking at Intel based computers with an I5 or I7 CPU. But the price was much better for an AMD A8-Series CPU. The graphics are really great using the integrated Graphics processor and the price was much better than if I had gone with an Intel I5. I LOVE the fact that all I needed to do was plug it in and start using it. No cables to mess with. The 4 cores and 8 GB RAM make this a really speedy processor, well suited to Windows 10.
