I purchased this particiular machine because I did not want a central aggitator, but with a large capacity drum. All the reviews I read made me confused. Did not want huge tubs for me to use a step stool to empty,(5'1"). And did not want all computorized system that can break easily and costly to fix. This was perfect for me. Cloths come out clean. Noise isn't any louder than the machine of 20 yrs I just replaced. And washing time was average.
Easy to use, does the job.... no complaints thus far. Very pleased. Average user.
