Don't shy away from buying an open box item from Best Buy. I initially only purchase one because I was wary about what condition the controller would come in but it turned out great. I bought a second controller a few weeks later and it was also new and free of any defects. Saved a couple of bucks too!

Good computer for the price

The new format is visually striking however a bit confusing at first to use especially if your screen/monitor is not touch sensitive.
Also the processing speed while in the new windows mode was slow slow slow! Have really been opting out of the new format so the computer will work at an acceptable speed. Good price overall.
