Great features and no unbalance load yet

I found that the choice of one or two rinses is nice especially if you have allergies and I like the simplicity of dials instead of a complicated circuit board. You choose how you want your laundry washed instead of the machine choosing. My last machine was always out of balance and so far so good on this one. It is a bit noisier than my last one but my laundry room is in the garage so no problem there.

Is anyone on their second washer?
I purchased this and it does not spin unless I run a separate drain and spin or rinse and spin cycle. Yes, I have followed the instructions to a T. I'm just wondering if I have a lemon. Has anyone else purchased one that didn't spin and exchanged it for the same washer and it work. I'm leery about exchanging for the same washer.
I just purchased this washer and have had no issues. It is a replacement to a larger style whirlpool washer that gave me nothing but problems of unbalanced loads and constant leaking. So far so good on my new washer and it sounds like you have a lemon.
All washers should spin out the extra water after a wash or rinse so you can place them in your dryer or hang them to dry and not have to wait for days for your dry clothes.
I have found that the extra protection plan coverage to be a god send for washers and dryers and has always been a good move to add to your purchase.
