For $4.99 this is a great value iPhone backup battery. To my surprise, it recharged my iPhone 5c completely in about 2 hours. The included cord is only for recharging this battery from a USB source. You will need to use the Apple USB cord to recharge the iPhone.

This trimmer replaced a previous Panasonic nose/ear trimmer that I accidentally dropped on tile floor, trimmer end first unfortunately. Purchased this unit because my previous Panasonic trimmer lasted for over 10 years and was still working well, had I not dropped it. These trimmers are well designed and work a long time on the battery. This unit is even water proof in the cutting area and can be easily 'flushed-out'. I have owned this trimmer now for a couple of months and it works great, does the job, and is easy to use.

Purchased this printer to replace an 8-year old failed HP inkjet printer. Unit is small enough to fit on my shelf near computer and provides print, scan, FAX, copy functions very well. I researched all the current brands for best 'bang for the buck' value and came up with this EPSON WF-3620. BestBuy also had a very attractive price, shipped to my doorstep.

I have owned and used this toaster for a month now, almost every morning. Once adjusted, it makes consistently good toast. Only limitation I found was that some of the bread I like is a bit longer than the slots in the toaster. They should have made them about 1/2" longer.

How do i charge my iP4S w/ my Portable Power?
I have a green Portable Power (PP) & I've read the answers to these questions, so I know how to charge my PP. what I can't figure out is how to then use my PP w/ my iP4S.
If the iP4S stands for iPhone 4s, then you should be able to plug apple charging cord into the USB port on the PP and charge your iP4S.

what do I do if it doesn't recharge?
I plug it in to charge and it no longer charges. The led lights don't light up. When I connect it to a device, it has no power to recharge the device.
It was a Christmas gift (so its not that old) and I don't have a gift receipt. Do I just throw this away?

Try another cord to charge the battery (see if the red light turns on). I believe it is a common USB to microUSB cable. If that works, then you have a bad cable. If not, I guess your 'throw it away' is one solution. You might go back to Best Buy and see if a nice sales associate will swap a good one for your bad one. It may still be under warranty, receipt or not. Good Luck!

Won't fit the IPhone 5s? Bought at Best Buy in Bryant, Arkansas. Am I correct or this a damaged item?
The cord that comes with the battery is for charging the battery from a USB source. To charge your 5s you have to use the cord that came with your iPhone and plug it into the USB port on the battery. I use this all the time with my iPhone 5c.
