This is powered by your receiver and is wired just like speakers. One set from AV receiver to transmitter and then the transmitter receiver to the speakers across the room.

How well does the Rocketfish Universal Wireless Kit work with the BOSE 535 Lifestyle
Mine is working very well. No issues at all. I have about a 18 foot range.
