It is an older phone and somehow the quality seems to be deteriorating even when it was brand new out the box. Remember, there is a restocking fee of $35 or something like that so make sure it is what you really want before buying.

This cable is not worth the price by any measurement. Both end of the cable are very loose when connected to sources. Audio is OK and may required a piece of tape to wrap around the end to make a tight and secure connection to TV or any audio source. SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY AND BUY A BETTER QUALITY CABLE.
