I actually returned this item because it didn't fit my needs but it was everything it was said to be. If you need a weighted base to keep your God from falling off the windshield this product is for you. It has a low profile so it's not sticking out obstructing your view and it's weight isn't heavy enough to be concerned when you make a sharp turn you may hurt someone.

The voice I terrace can be, for lack of a better word, wonky. I've found myself yelling at the GPS because it couldn't understand me. That aside all the normal functionality is there. The voice ui is a nice add on but not always accurate.. maybe I should try speaking without being mid morning sandwich...

One HDD to rule them all....Literally

From having multiple external and internal hdds backing up all my stuff to consolidating into one hard drive was time consuming but we'll worth it. What isn't obvious about this external hard drive is how silent it is when not plugged in via USB. Sure it will draw power but nothing would be spinning, not even a platter. Even when plugged into a laptop or PC it spins then goes back to quiet bliss unless your activly using it. No random spinning seeking or arm clicking out of the blue.
The integrated USB hub/ports also. Very useful as I was transferring from multiple smaller drives.

It's as advertised and it makes an excellent addition to the ring doorbell. Is it loud enough? Debatable.
As a doorbell sure you can hear it in doors but as a deterrent it's lacking.
We use the motion alert to trigger a door chime and wanted it to be heard out doors as well so anyone approaching would know there was an alert to their presence.

The ring is amazing. It does everything it says it does and if you mess with ifttt scripting you can do a bunch more.
Limitations aren't on the ring itself but the install space / structure and wifi set up ( locations and connectivity) abuse the issues you may face.
I recommend the ring chime repeater over the simple chime if your having WiFi issues.
Planning on expanding to a secondary doorbell and maybe a camera...
PS. Be very careful with the security screws, they get stripped easily.
