The sound is great, they are quite comfortable and store perfectly. My only complaint is the battery, and not about the life, but it auto senses to turn on when the cord is plugged into the headset. Normally this would be great, but for me when I travel I like to have my headset around my neck and plugged in even when I am not actually "using" the headset which drains the battery. This is probably more of an issue to me rather the headphones but you can't override the sensor to turn them off even when a cord is plugged in. Otherwise a fabulous upgrade from the previous version.
