This washer works great. Although it doesn't have an agitator inside, the clothes still come out clean. Not as sophisticated as more expensive models, but it has all of the same functionality in a more "manual" way. (You set the load size vs washer calculating it based on weight etc).

this was required for install. It works well, however it seems like it needs to be strapped in to my dryer better. There isn't anything holding it on there so I'm not sure if the people who installed it did so correctly. It hasn't come off when the dryer is working, but if I move the dryer it comes off.
