Do more laundry in less time. This spacious Samsung washer takes fewer loads to get all your laundry done. Plus, you can use it anytime, because everyone will sleep right through the reduced noise and vibration levels.

Three months in and the drum quit working. did all the reset stuff and called Best Buy and Samsung. Finally got them to send an appliance tech out to fix it. Took a week to go through it all and get the part in etc. Now it works fine.

confusing

I was confused when I came home and the vent behind the dryer was done in a loop from behind the unit to the outlet in the wall. The service guy told my wife that as they did not line up right, he had to do that to prevent kinks that would catch lint. I never heard of this before. Also by sliding the unit six inches to the right, it looks like it would line up.
