Geek Squad had to send back to mfg. as the hard drive failed. Since then the new hard drive seems to be working. The right shift key would give anyone that does a lot of formal typing problems as it is not located properly. If not careful will keep hitting the pageup key. Would I recommend yes as the price was good/the case doesn't show finger prints and for someone that isn't doing a lots of gaming. Geek Squad at the Richmond, IN store were very helpful.

Hello, I need a remote for my tv/dvd Insignia brand model # NS-LTDVD19 . It is not easy to use the dvd without a remote. Thank you.
You can buy a replacement remote for insignias from best buy.
Hit input, there will be tv, comp/av and your hmd1 or which ever hmd you use. Choose comp/av and if your tv and dvd player are connected it will let you use dvd. You don't have to turn the dvd off because when you hit input just go back to tv and the tv will come on and then when you want the dvd just hit input, choose comp/av, the dvd will automatically come back on.
