Comfortable Fit, Good, But Not Stellar, Sound

This is an appealing headset because it can be used wireless (bluetooth) or wired. There is a detachable phone cable supplied that allows you to use the headphones with a phone when wireless is not allowed or the battery is dead. The connector to the headphones is a standard mini (3 wire) stereo plug, so it's easy to use with any wired device.
The sound, which is an important measure of any audio device, is just good. Highs are clear and crisp, upper midrange is distinct, but lower midrange and bass are a bit weak. Partly this is a Bluetooth audio limitation, but some sort of bass boost would have been nice. Audio quality with the wired connector is similar, but can be adjusted with an equalizer.
Comfort is excellent, I had these on for several hours working at the computer without any fatigue. Switched to a tv for an hour without any problems, either with the bluetooth or comfort. In three days of use, I haven't had to recharge the headphones, so the battery life estimate is looking pretty good.
The controls are pretty typical, one on-off switch and a toggle switch to control everything else. Problem with the toggle switch is that it's too easy to press in when you're trying to slide it and vice-versa. It would have been nice if there was a little more resistance, or some sort of lockout. It takes some practice to get used to it.

Modest Bluetooth speaker

The AQ-9 offers decent sound, good battery life, and pairs easily. Unfortunately, it falls short in several categories. The first, which may be corrected soon, is that the instructions are woefully inadequate and the website is no help.
Although the battery is large (claimed 16 hr battery life) and can accept up to 2 amp charge, there is no charger included, just a cable. For whatever reason, I could not get another usb cable to charge the unit, only the supplied cable. And with such a large battery, one would expect to be able to charge a phone in an emergency, but a separate charging port is not available.
Finally, it's just too large (5.5"x1.25"x3.25") and heavy(9oz, over half a pound). You might clip it to a beach bag or picnic basket, but for hiking, running, or biking it's just too much.

Decent speaker, poor controls and battery life.

This is a terrific concept, especially for things like skiing, cycling or even working in the garage. I really wanted to like it a lot, but it's just a "bit" lacking. A securely clipped personal speaker is a great idea to replace wired earbuds or a bluetooth headset without isolating you from your surroundings.
The sound quality is better than most phones, with decent bass, but certainly not hifi. It's certainly solidly built, stays in place, and survived a couple of drops, sweat, and a puddle.
The two things that keep it from being stellar are the limited battery life (maybe 2 hrs at mid volume, but no more than an hour at high volume) and the really awkward controls. Two buttons are used for on, off, volume up, volume down, play, pause, track forward, track backward, answer phone, and hangup. The two buttons are used separately or together, and held briefly or for more than two seconds. This is bad enough, but the rubberized covering and button shape makes it very difficult with one hand or with gloves.
In summary, it addresses an unmet need and works adequately, but could really use some good user experience engineering.

I really like the design of this vacuum cleaner. It can be either an upright or a canister type, and it switches easily between the two. The narrower sweeper head fits into a lot of places that larger vacuums don't, like between chair legs. I was surprised that vacuuming a room didn't take any longer than the old vacuum with a large head. The canister is light and easy to carry, I found myself separating the two to go under the sofa, then just leaving it that way. The cord is really long, which is a real plus. There are a lot of attachments, including an 'under appliance' wand that worked well under the refrigerator. The sweeper head can be removed for a long wand (good for ceiling cobwebs) or the handle can be removed for a shorter one.
As a vacuum, it did a really good job on tile, hardwood floors, and rugs, and it was nice having the floor type switch up on the handle. The amount of dirt and fur (we have two dogs) it picked up was truly amazing (and a little disgusting). The edge cleaners are on either side of the head and did a great job in the hallways and in corners. One really nice thing, the Shark does a very good job of filtering, there was none of that vacuum smell or dust while I was using it.

First, the sound quality is excellent, all the way up to full volume, always the first measure of a speaker. It can be made quite loud, sufficient for a room full of people or a patio party. The sound is quite pleasing with or without the "Extra Bass" function, which increases the bass, but not to the point of thumping over the music.
I was able to easily pair and use the speaker with my phone, tv, and Amazon Echo Dot, which really increased the utility. No more recharging after an hour or two either; the battery is spec'ed at 24hrs life with a 4 hr recharge and I believe it. I had it on all day without recharging. When I finally recharged it, it was done in a couple of hours. The charging port for a phone or other device is a bonus. The outside is rubberized and claims IPX5 water resistance, which is nice on the patio, especially this winter. There are 'Party Lights', which are not too obtrusive and can be turned off at the speaker.
The Sony SongPal app lets you do everything the speaker buttons do and more. It has a basic equalizer, allows more control over the lights, and can 'sync' multiple speakers, so you can slave multiple speakers to one phone and spread them around the house or whatever. I didn't try this feature, since it would require multiple speakers.
Negatives are relatively minor. There is no carrying case. The app is fairly hefty (44M on Android), but not really necessary. The lights don't appear to sync to the music except for a couple of white LED strobes on either end of the speakers.

Fun Feel Good Movie

This is a fun movie. It was 'inspired by actual events' , the actual story of Eddie the Eagle is quite different than the portrayal in the movie. The actor playing Eddie does a terrific job, and Hugh Jackman is Hugh Jackman. It's well paced, not too long, and you feel like cheering at the end. Great family feel good movie.

Surprisingly Versatile Blender

This is really much more than a smoothie maker. The 32oz 'cup' lets you use in place of a blender in addition to making smooties. The bowl lets you chop and mix dry ingredients. We made cookie dough, brownie dough, bean soup, and a chicken salad in the bowl. It does a nice uniform job of chopping, so you leave things chunky instead of having to pulverize everything. It's powerful enough to get through just about anything and the Auto-IQ really works, you don't have to keep pulsing manually.
It's nice having lids for the cups so that you can mix up a smoothie or other blended drink ahead of time. Somehow open containers in our refrigerator seem to alway end up getting spilled.
Probably the only downside to this unit is that it is rather loud, but that's a minor inconvenience

Good Solution with room for improvement

First, let me say that the Velop hardware appears to be an excellent design with lots of room for future feature enhancements. Configuration is straightforward via either an Android (tested) or IOS app. Note that there is no web based configuration available. Unbox the units, download the app to your phone or tablet, plug the primary node into your modem, apply power, and follow the setup instructions in the app. The app does require you to create an account at linksyssmartwifi.com in order to proceed with configuration. Once the primary node has been added, you can add the remote nodes. Each node takes about 10 min, the discovery process can take some time. Performance is excellent once the configuration is complete, speed test on a device connected to a remote node was the same as one connected to the primary (240Mb/sec on a cable link).
Pros:
- Performance is excellent, if not the fastest, then one of the fastest mesh solutions out there.
- VOIP phone friendly. Excellent voice quality with a physical VOIP phone, ethernet connected to a remote node. VOIP phone must use be configured for a tls connection, but voice quality over wireless was as good as a wired connection.
- IPv6 routing works, but with no configuration options or local dhcpv6 server.
- Configuration is straightforward, if limited.
- 3 yr warranty, this is 3 yrs longer than the norm for consumer routers.
- Performance is excellent, if not the fastest, then one of the fastest mesh solutions out there.
- VOIP phone friendly. Excellent voice quality with a physical VOIP phone, ethernet connected to a remote node. VOIP phone must use be configured for a tls connection, but voice quality over wireless was as good as a wired connection.

Excellent Extractor and Blender

This replaced our aging blender, a traditional stand up blender with 14 speeds. What a difference! This new blender is a 'smart' blender with programs in addition to speeds that makes it way easier to make consistent drinks. Everything except the base goes into the dishwasher which makes cleanup easy. The extractor cups and base have made this a regular counter item in our house, instead of hidden away for parties only. The one touch smoothie program makes it really easy.
The extra power is really nice for big jobs, we were able to mix up peanut butter cookie dough in the blender! The suction cup feet are surprising strong and do a nice job preventing the blender from vibrating around.

Simple setup, great coverage, but a bit lacking

First, let me say that Google got a lot right with these routers, I would have given them four and a half stars if I could have, but there is enough missing to keep this from being a really excellent product. Setup is dead simple. The units are quite small and unobtrusive and fit well with modern decor. Coverage and speed is excellent.
The Good:
1. Setup - Download the app (android or ios) and login to your Google account, connect the first (primary) unit to your (cable/dsl/...) modem, plug in power, and follow directions. Scan the QR code on the bottom of the unit to link it to your account. Assign a location (eg. "living room"), network name (SSID), and password and you're done. To set up the secondary (bridge) nodes, simple place one, plug it in, tell the app to add a wifi point and follow the instructions. The App also has tests to check the mesh connectivity, internet speed, and wifi signal at the device.
3. Performance - Uniformity of speed is really excellent. Mobility support is also very good, moving from node to node causes no disruption in service even on real time apps like whatsapp. Most importantly, we were able to plug an ethernet VOIP phone into one of the bridge nodes with no drop in quality, which is something we couldn't do with any other range extender or game type adapter.
3. Updates - It appears that updates are automagic and timely. No more checking the support website hoping for a firmware update and trying to block the latest attack.
4. Support - There is both dedicated email and phone support.
5. Style - Sorry, but when you have a device sitting in the living room, a big box with a bunch of antennas just doesn't do it. These are small, stylish, unobtrusive and fit in well. Yea!

3. No logging - When things go wrong, either the status LED changes from white if it is a wifi point problem or there is no indication at all. There is no logging of any errors or, more importantly, security issues. You pretty much get to guess at what to try next.
4. Privacy - As part of the install, the Google wifi app uses your location and registers the wifi points to your location. The entire configuration is maintained in Google cloud with very little visibility into what is actually stored there. There is language in the agreement that Google may use your traffic patterns to adjust the (cloud) configuration, but no indication of what data is transmitted back to Google. What is the weight of the laptop? And what is the weight of the AC power adapter? Does it come with a giant and heavy AC power adapter?
The laptop is a bit over 4lbs and about 3/4" thick. Battery life if you're not gaming, or if you dial back the game settings is pretty stellar - about 10 hours for just general office type operation. The power supply is a bit of a brick, but not as heavy as other gaming laptop power supplies. I would guess about a pound.

Can i use hdmi to connect an external monitor with this laptop without losing performance?
Sort of. HDMI is somewhat bandwidth limited, so the refresh rate will be lower than the laptop refresh rate. Better to use the USB-c DP functionality to get a higher refresh rate on an external monitor.

Yes, you can buy only two and mesh them. There are also other options. You can also buy an Eero 6 or Eero 6 extender and use that as the 'remote' node in the mesh.

yes, it's currently a 'Discover' feature and is off by default. If you mean can you define separate SSID's for the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz networks, then no.

The processor is the clock locked i7-7700. It has a base frequency of 3.6Ghz and a 'turbo'/max frequency of 4.2Ghz
