Barry is blessed with superhuman speed thanks to his exposure to the radiation, but he isn't the only one with newfound powers. Although "The Flash" dedicates himself to fighting crime, many of Barry's fellow "metahumans" are on the other side of the law and determined to use their powers to terrorize the citizens of Central City. Keeping the city safe is a big job, but Barry also makes time to investigate his mother's murder, a crime which happened 14 years earlier and resulted in the wrongful conviction of his father.
