This kit is a awsome upgrade for thoughts who can upgrade to this only sorta in model tv can use this is have the UN55HU 8550FXZA and I have hdr and hecp witch allows 4k movie stream pass through. So really if u can use this with your TV it's worth the upgrade. It's improved my picture quality and by the way I'm using a custom pc with all this and it's awsome adjusting everything takes just a little time but overall a very good product. My tv is like a new TV again.

How does one tell if your 4k samsung 2014 UN75HU8550FXZA TV has a 8 bit or 10 bit panel screen?
I have read that some of the screen panels can be 10 bit like the 2015 4K TV's. As I understand the 2014 4K TV's was to have as standard 8 bit screen panels. I am guessing but it would only be my guess, that later in the year model 4K TV sets would be the sets that could have 10 bit panels. That is just a logical guess on my part. No, Samsung real information from them on this subject! Does anyone know how to tell if a 2014 4K UN75HU8550FXZA Samsung TV has a 10 bit or the 8 bit screen panel?
