Great low cost washer

My old washing machine suddenly decided it didn't want to spin anymore, and I couldn't see the point in spending a small fortune for a repairman to come out to take a look at it, and then spend another small fortune to fix it. I needed a new machine quickly and Best Buy can always deliver in that respect. I chose this inexpensive Samsung model because I had already purchase a higher-end Samsung a few months earlier for the house we'll be moving to soon. I just needed something I could count on and didn't cost too much for the few months I'd need it in my current location. This fit the bill. I've not been disappointed. It's much quieter than my deceased machine as well. It works really well, and would have been a good choice even if I didn't necessarily need to watch every penny at the time

I purchased the Galaxy View about 4 months ago and wanted to use it for awhile before I rated it. I read the reviews from others before I made the decision to buy, as I always do, and have not been disappointed. It fills the void between using a full size desktop and a small laptop, for those times that you want a bigger screen than a small laptop will afford, and sitting up at a desk for the bigger screen. Great for watching TV using the apps in locations where you have no cable connection also. Got a good deal on it at the time as well.

My husband hated this movie

I purchased this DVD for my husband because he's a big fan of Western movies. I never watched it myself because after purchase I realized it was a Quentin Tarantino film, and I personally don't care for his movies. My husband said it was really slow and he didn't like it at all. He requires fast-paced action in the movies he watches or he gets bored. Just his preference, but I'm sure it will never be watched in this household again. A bad choice on my part.

Should have had at least a minimum of written directions in the package. A Quick Start Guide would have been nice. Not everyone is highly tech savvy or clairvoyant. Good movie, but Tom Cruz was a poor choice for the book character Jack Reacher. He's nothing like the book character. I've read every book in the series and never once imagined Cruz in that rule. Was really ticked that he was cast in that role. Bah-humbug to "creative license." It's like casting a minnow to play the role of the shark in "Jaws." Aside from those complaints, it is a good movie if you can be more objective than I am, or if you haven't read the Jack Reacher series of books.

Special effects were great. Made you believe they were really out there in space. Sandra Bullock is an extremely expressive actress. She's fantastic in every role she plays. George Clooney is certainly no slouch either. Sorry he didn't make it back to Earth with Sandra, but that was just one more reason the movie was so riveting.

Good but pricey

My husband purchased this DVD and I was shocked at how pricey it was. We love watching nature and animal programs, as do most people I guess. And although this DVD was very interesting and well done, we were a bit disappointed in the fact that we've seen as good, or better watching NatGeo or Animal Planet, et.al. on cable. There was nothing new here. In fact we probably DID see this same production on cable. Nothing wrong with that really. All DVDs out there are eventually shown on TV or cable, but I felt the $25 price tag was excessive. Our fault. No one forced us to buy it. We bought 3 DVDs that day and my husband didn't bother looking at the price tag like I would have when he picked this one up, and I didn't know he picked it up until we checked out. Just one of the perils of leaving your husband loose in a store.
