Low volume?
I just purchased refurbished ones from Best Buy. I connected my 55 inch TV via optical cable. I have to turn up the volume to at least 20 for me to get decent sound. Is this normal? I am not hard of hearing. Thanks.
Your soundbar is working perfectly and there is nothing wrong with it. I also have a 55 inch samsung TV and i have to put the volume up between 13 and 18 it order to enjoy the volume depending on the channels. It also depends on how big is your living room. The bigger the living room the higher the volume. I go up with the volume when I am watching movies and the volume and the buffer are insanely awesome.

The remote for the Samsung soundbar no longer works. Where can I get a new remote?
I replaced the batteries and it still does not work well....so where can I purchase a new remote?
It is simple, you just have to download an app called samsung audio remote and use it via bluetooth. It will work perfectly. By the way, that app can by downloaded through google market on android user and on Iphone user, too.
