Good phone for the price. Although I got it on sale, I would happily pay more knowing what I know now. Battery life is not what they say it is but I can go a whole day easily with talking, texting and checking email. I've even gone two. Avoid using extra apps that you don't really need. I use Chrome to check facebook, twiter, etc. so I don't burn battery with having all these apps running in the background. This is not a high-end $500+ phone so don't expect it to last days on one charge with lots of apps running.
Other things:
Bright and colorful screen.
Easy enough to browse web and type (I switch to different keyboard instead of default LG one).
Thin and light but if you have big hands, get a rubberized case.
This phone and the LG Zone 3 are identical so if your looking for cases, you'll get more hits searching for Rebel or L44VL or Zone 3

Everything is awesome! Really! Watch the movie, then watch some of "the making of" features and then watch it again and pay attention to the whole picture. You really get a appreciation of how much went into this movie! Yes, it is computer animated but you could almost swear that the movie was done with real Lego parts.

The Nunchuk controller and the accelerometer contained within help you do more in your favorite games. Enjoy immersive gameplay that lets you rely on natural motions for success.

I have 6 of these since the Wii came out and they all still work fine. I just needed another, not a replacement. I did try a 3rd party one before but I took it back after 1hr of play to get one or these.

It's a quality product as all Nintendo made hardware is. I always recommend getting hardware made by the console maker be it Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft, etc; this is no exception. It fits my big hands and my 10y old's just fine and can access all buttons with no need to shuffle or stretch or bend my thumb backwards.

I assume you are talking about Component cables. You can try and find elbow adapters for the RCA type plug. Otherwise, I'd saw Wii U and a flex-head HDMI cable

where do I send Wii disc to be resurfaced
Sorry to say that you should have taken better care of itbut you should have. That being said, google it but I would say that you'll end up doing it yourself. I've tried and failed to fix any scratched up disc using one of thoes disc repair kits with the hand crank and the wheel but some I know have had success but it depends on how bad the scratches are. If your fingernail catches on it when you run it across gently, you can't fix it. If you could get a copy of the game from a game shop or ebay, I'd go that route.
