It won't stop saying "Hold", won't play CD at all
I returned the first because it did the same exact thing. I'll turn it on and all the screen will do will say "Hold" as I press the play/pause button like the manual has told me. Is it broken or am I just doing everything wrong?
Press the play button twice and the song numbers should appear .my had the same problem .

By rewind I mean rewind, not restart.
No ,but you can go back songs you have already heard on the CD,press the arrow pointing to the left .

Manual Volume Control Problems
I have an Insignia NS-BBTCD01 (Cd Boombox with Bluetooth). Manaul volume control will not turn down with the CD player and radio. BUT the volume control can be adjusted using the bluetooth feature from the device like a cell phone.
When you use the Bluetooth feature it controls the sound including the volume .
