My laptop only shows up black?
When I start it up, it shows a black screen with a little white line blinking in the top left corner. I can't do anything on it. Can you help, or can I get it repaired by you. Please help.
Try to unseat and reseat the RAM. (you can find a tear down manual on how to do this online)
