I've used Life proof cases for several years. They worked great with my Samsungs. I wanted the see thru back feature and full protection from water, dirt, and drops. I bought it for my iPhone 6s plus. Fit great. Felt great in my hand BUT none could hear me well. Callers complained whether I was on speaker or to my ear. Had to take it back. However, I suggest that if you have a different phone, try it. It's worth the time to give it a try. Like I said before, life proof worked great with no problems with callers not hearing me on my Samsung. So what doesn't work for one phone may be perfect for another. I'm going to recommend it, however, know I'm not recommending for iPhone 6s plus.

I'm sure you can buy a replacement however another option that works great is the roku remote app for your android or Ios device.

Can you watch QVC and Univision channels?
I'm not aware that it has these channels. Goggle "all roku apps" this should tell you.
