No issues with hoses

Installation went smoothly

The guys from Best Buy showed up within the stated window to deliver, install and remove my old washer. I was told they would call 30 minutes before arrival which they did not do, but I had planned on being home during the 4 hour window, so it was fine. They were professional, polite and neat. Made sure the unit worked. Asked if I had any questions. Very pleased with their service.

Poorly designed - Liked my old model better

Was VERY happy with my 3 year old Samsung washer until I got word of the recall. Decided to take advantage of the rebate and purchase a new washer. Chose the model most similar to what I had. This model has a built in feature that I wish I could remove. For me the built in sink is not something I would ever use. I have a sink in my laundry room. In order to accommodate this feature Samsung made the machine several inches deeper. I am 5'5" and cannot reach the bottom of the drum to take the clothes out. Adding to the frustration is the fact that when the lid is open, the built in sink protrudes at least 5-6" so when I do lean in, I hit my head on the bottom of the plastic tub. Someone shorter than me or a pregnant woman would have enormous difficulty with this model. Very frustrating. I wish I could remove the built in sink. Otherwise, it's a perfectly fine washing machine. Does what it needs to do. Lots of options depending on what you are washing.
