I have been a fan of Doom since the early 90's when it first was made. The original was great, simple killing. Finally this new version of the game brings back that simple killing. Even the online multiplayer keeps it simple and is a refreshing change from CoD.

Great Madden to jump back into

Have not purchased a Madden game for some time simply because they were glorified roster updates. This one however is different. Feels like they took the time to update some features. The franchise mode is as good as ever with weekly objective to complete and goals to reach. I was fired my first season for not getting my promised amount of wins. If you have been away from the game for a while this one is worth checking out.

It's the early 1960s and fifth-grader Scotty Smalls (Tom Guiry) has just moved into town with his folks (Karen Allen and Denis Leary). Kids call him a dork - he can't even throw a baseball! But that changes when the leader of the neighborhood gang recruits him to play on the nearby sandlot field. It's the beginning of a magical summer of baseball, wild adventures, first kisses, and fearsome confrontations with the dreaded Beast and it's owner (James Earl Jones) who live behind the left field fence. Soon nine boys have become best friends, Scotty is part of a team, and their leader has become a local legend in this hilarious and warmhearted comedy.
