I've noticed the washer is louder than previous one. It gets the job done, but seems to take longer than the time on the machine (and I use HE detergent).

The installation was OK. It was a cold day and I left my garage open to take out the old washer. The installers didn't let me know it was going to be a while before they brought the new washer in. So, cold air swept in the house. There was no demo done. They just started it, took their required pics and left.
