Sensor doesn't work very well

We've tried several times to use the sensor to dry the clothes but we find we have to run it thru several cycles for that to work. So to save time and energy we use timed dry.

Hard to read the black lettering w/graphite color

We originally had the new Samsung front loader and it started leaking in less than a month old so we opted to replace it with the LG. Compared to the Samsung it is a little more complicated to figure out what to choose before washing and I tend to just wash everything on the same one. We got the Graphite color which is dark grey and the writing on the machine is black so it is very hard to see even having a light directly overhead. It's almost worse with the light on because it makes the front of the machine shine and you can't read anything. I often have to use a flashlight just to see the writing. Other than that we love the machine. Before getting the Samsung and then this one a couple weeks later our last machine lasted 22 years. I'm hoping this one lasts as long...we'll see.

Impossible to dry a load using the sensor mode

Everything in our house is Samsung. My husband will not even consider another brand of TV so when it came time to buy a washer and dryer (our last set lasted 22 years) we immediately read reviews on Samsung and overall were pretty good. So we purchased the front loader washer and dryer along with the bases to raise them up. We absolutely LOVED them but from day one was never able to get a load of clothes to dry using the sensor and because we love Samsung we just started using the time dry. Then one day less than a month after purchasing them my husband walked by the washing machine that was currently washing a load and noticed there were suds and water running from underneath the washing machine all out into the laundry closet. That weekend we went back to Best Buy to talk to our salesman and he immediately set it up for us to receive another set. He told us we were the first customers to report such issues but gladly re-ordered us a new set. After waiting a couple weeks, we were told this set was no longer in production and we would have to pick out another set. Reluctantly we went back to choose another set and decided this time to go with LG. We'll see how that decision goes.

Our router was 3 years old and we were having several issues. A sales person a Best Buy suggested to us that we may want to upgrade since technology had changed so much over the last 3 years. Wow, what a difference this router makes. Our connectivity reaches all over the house and the deck as well where before it did not. To upgrade our wifi smoker we had to bring it in the house to be closer to the router. What a pain!! It's a great router with all the latest technology.
