Poor service

After requesting to have my water line hooked up, I never actually got that. They installed my fridge and when I asked them about hooking it up they guy said, "well you need a little doohickey so we can't." I asked if he could be more specific and where I could get one. He said "anywhere." Again, not helpful. Then he tried to give me his cell number and said I could pay him on the side to come hook it up. Um what!? So I ended up having to pay someone else to hook up my water line. I'm never using Best Buy for install again.

Overall. Was not impressed with the installation crew. After finishing the guy said, your dryer vent is kinda screwed now so I'm not sure if t will work. It might fall off. Sorry.

We are having problems with the water taking forever to fill a standard Kids thermos. My other complaint is that the plastic bins in the freezer are flimsy. Otherwise the fridge works well. The refrigerator portion has lots of room.
