Good sound, garbage quality

Bought the headphones based on reputation. The internal battery would not charge after just over two weeks. I brought them back to Best Buy to find out they only have a 15 day return and Apple only repairs. Had to ship them out for repair and that took two weeks. I gave the headphones to my son and will get another set of Bose. I will not buy them from Best Buy as their return policy is far below average.
