This is a great product if you plan to use your drone in a remote location, where the 110VAC charger won't be of use. You can easily recharge or top off your DJI Phantom 3 battery from your car's 12V power outlet.

It would be most helpful to know which "Select Models" this works for...
It definitely works for the Phantom 3 series. I can't vouch for any of the other DJi drones.
