Got this to replace a 10 year old LG front load. Nothing wrong with the other one, just wanted a newer and bigger model. We have had great luck with LG appliances and will continue to purchase them.
Only complaint is the water hammering that it produces when it calls for water. Not sure why it's so bad, but not that big of a deal.
