Item fine, Installers horrible

Vent is still in box... but Best Buy's installing company refused to install my dryer because they didn't like the vent my old one used... AND more importantly, refused to install the new vent Best Buy had me purchase... so I was out of luck. My choice was refuse delivery or install myself.

This gas line is required for successful hook-up of your new dryer in your home. Our delivery personnel will determine what type of gas line is needed based on your local housing code.

Dependable item but...

Gas line is great... but Best Buy's installing company refused to install my dryer because they didn't like the vent my old one used... Even though, per Best Buy's encouragement, I purchased a new vent to install... however, this company does not install the vent... so I was out of luck. hose fine, installers bad
