poor solution

Tried using a pair of these to increase the internet speed of my son's xbox connection to the internet. He was averaging about 17 mpbs. Hooked up a pair of Powerline 1200 adapters. Hi speed dropped to 8 mpbs.
They were easy to set up however the decrease in access speed was a deal killer so I returned them.
FYI... My home is fairly new (about 10 yrs old) and no problems with the electrical wiring.
As a note, the xbox and router were located on the same floor but on two separate circuits.

Great WIFI Router

I have a Lenovo laptop, I don't see a place for an auxiliary cord to plug in so what is my best option for purchasing a speaker to listen to music?
I have a Lenovo and it does come with an audio port. However I purchased a Bluetooth speaker to use with it as well. The Bluetooth speaker works great with the Lenovo.
