These are pretty decent. They should send more collar sizes. I had a hard time getting these to grip on the wire. Made several attempts. So So product on this one. Would be great as long as you are using 12 gauge or bigger wire

can I reuse the plugs? Will the compression fitting be OK for a second time?

These can be re-used. When you put them together it does not "compress" the ring.
