I was an Otterbox fan for all my phones except that last two. I have found the Evo Check models to have a nice softer, yet more sticky of a grip to them and they do a great job of not adding a lot of extra bulk, both in weight and increasing the already larger phone size dimensions.

Not sold on the "fast" portion of this charger as it seems to only shave off maybe 30 minutes between the traditional plug in charger method. I love the ability to just drop my phone on this thing though, and then pick it up and answer a phone call without having to worry about wires is awesome!

The new gel application isn't as good as the old style and with the rounded edges on the S8/+ & S9/+ it makes it extra difficult to make this a one shot application. I fancy myself a perfectionist and it took my three times re-applying this to get it finally where I wanted it. By then the "gel activator" had dried on the sides of the screen protector and thus it now does not stick on the rounded portion of the screen. Took me two screen protectors to finally get this on the way I wanted. Once on it is still a quality screen protector
