Nice tv and not expensive

This is the least used of our tvs, being in the basement. I did buy an extended warranty because we have had bad luck with tvs down there. However, the last one outlived the 5-year warranty by two months. No problems so far. The picture is crisp, and the tv is easy to operate.

They came on time and did everything I wanted them to do from dismounting the old tv to mounting the new one to hooking up the dvr, fire, etc. They hauled off the old tv for an extra charge. It was well worth it.

Many municipalities, including mine, won't haul away the latest televisions. This was cheap and easy . . . once I got past the initial purchase. I couldn't figure out how to do it online so I called. The customer service associate told me it was only available with certain tvs, which wasn't true. When she talked with her manager (or whoever), they figured out how to do it. This isn't free, but it is worth it if you are having a tv delivered and set-up.

The tv we were replacing was mounted high on a stand, and I worried that dismounting it wouldn't be included. The service people, however, were awesome. They took it down and mounted the new tv with no problem. The service was worth the money.

We were replacing my husband's Garmin, and I decided to buy a new one and relocate mine to his car. Both were hard-wired to the ignition. It was so easy. The new one (the one being reviewed) alerts me to speed limit changes, is easier to read, etc. I know a lot of people use their smart phones, but I don't have one. This is perfect for people like me.
