If you're gonna game for quite a while and would prefer your headset not to die after 8-10+ hours of straight gaming, then get the G430. Otherwise, I can't find a reason not to recommend this. My first pair lasted me for years and the battery still held full capacity. I had to replace it already because the ear cups started to deteriorate a lot, leaving bits of black material on the sides of my head. But still, that was after a good 3 years straight of 4-6 hours of use. Picked up my second pair to replace it late last year and am still having a blast with them. It's cool when I can chat with friends while getting a snack/drink from the fridge and still hear them, too.
