Will the ROKU ULTRA work with a sound bar?

Your sound bar is getting the audio signal from your TV. Roku needs an HDMI cable directly into TV. You could hook up you TV audio out to your stereo, sound bar and get great results. I have 4 components thru my TV going to a high end amp and pre amp. Sounds great

is it true they charge a activation fee . this will be my 2nd roku product and am excited 2 get it . but that would be troublesom . thank u

No there is no activation fee. To stream You Tube, Pandora No Charge. If some app has a charge, they will let you know
