I was trying to create door gifts for a birthday party for my twins (boy and girl) and this product provided the variety of color and presentation I really didn't think I needed until I started burning the discs and both kids approved. All the discs burned with no issues and the sample ones played without any problems.

storage of cds

Are these CD sleeves protecting discs from enviromental harm and deteriation or just scratches/smudges?
What would you suggest for MRI CD for protective storage but not expensive?
How would you safety store CD?
This product is only for prevention of scratches and smudges. If you want to protect a CD for the long term, this product can provide a piece of the solution but not the overall solution. To protect a disc you should purchase a high quality disc, most likely with a gold reflective layer, handle it with care, keep it in a dry, dark, and cool place (such as a safe), and use a slow writing speed that reduces errors and increases quality. Also, make two different copies of the data and store them in two separate locations (separate physical addresses is best if possible).
