I've had the same Samsung 40 inch 1080p tv for nearly 10 years, so upgrading to this 4k LG was a substantial jump.
The tv has great picture quality, and the user interface works wonderfully. Before purchasing this tv, I had read reviews that said video games suffered on this tv. I can report that I have not experienced any of these issues myself.
