Got this for my teenagers when we upgraded their phones. The case is very solid, feels sturdy and comfortable in your hands. The outer casing is hard plastic and the inner casing in which the phone sits feels like rubber. The power input also has a cover that is easily pulled out of the way for charging. The case seems to offer good protection, which is important for those who may accidentally drop their phone frequently. It is not bulky like Otterbox's Defender and is a little thicker and more substantial than their Symmetry series. The kids are also happy with it.

Dryers require certain types of cables due to the amount of electricity they use. This cable seems good and its casing looks and fees durable. It's not going to move much so it's unlikely that it will break due to wear and tear.

Very rigid - not useful for tight spaces

Best Buy wouldn't sell me a dryer without buying this kit, even though I told them I already had a flexible vent hook up that could be re-used. This is a very right hose so if you have a tight space, it will push your dryer out farther than the washer about 3-4" (which for a tight space could be the difference between getting the dryer door open or not). We had to return it after the installation crew came since we hooked up the dryer to our existing vent, which we get cleaned regularly.

Much better than the old rubber-only hoses

These steel hoses supposedly offer more protection from ruptures compared to regular rubber hoses. A plumber once came to do an inspection in my house and tried to sell the hoses and installation for $179. i declined. These hoses are inexpensive and pretty simple to install - just like a regular hose. Turn off the water, unscrew your old hoses and put these ones in place.

Door hinge can be switched for right-side pull

Our laundry room was set up with the sink on the right side of the machines so our dryer has to have either a bottom hinge (which is what we had with our old one) so the door opens down, or left hinge so the door pull is on the right side. After looking at the actual manufacturer users manual and talking with the sales rep, we found that this door is reversible. The installation team took care of it and the dryer fits very well in our tight space.
The steam jet portion takes a water line feed from the washer to spray inside the dryer. It's like using a steamer to get the wrinkles out of your clothes - it works but it's not like ironing. (Don't listen to any claims that you can forget about the dry cleaner.)
The light inside is an LED bulb that looks like a fluorescent light. The rep told me that it won't need to be replaced.

Very good washer

We were looking for a top loading washer to replace an older one with an agitator. The front loaders won't fit in our space. This one has a very large capacity. It can handle 2 loads that the agitator model used to do. We've washed kids jackets that always seem to get dirty fast and it did a very nice job -- they're not like new but they are much brighter than our old washer could do. The washer has settings for waterproof items as well. The sales rep at Best Buy told me this is a lower temperature setting so that the waterproof materials aren't damaged.
If the laundry inside goes off balance, a "UE" warning indicator comes on and waits for you to readjust the clothes and then it starts again. The spin cycle is fast and I have not seen it causing vibrations.
As other reviewers have noted, this is a very deep washer so it may be harder to reach all of the items at the bottom without a step stool if you're 5'2" or less.
