Broken out of the box...

The internal parts are cheap. The battery terminals were loose and tumbling around inside the battery compartment upon purchase. Even when placing them in their intended location, the product still did not work. We returned it for the blueish-purple wahl and, it performs exceptionally well.

I've been through enough of these to know - they don't hold up well. Look for a flat cable alternative. It will hold up much longer. However, in a pinch - and - when you can't find anything else... I guess this will do.

It's a PS4 Remote - What else needs to be said?

These remotes are fantastic! Until they die a few months later. If you're a heavy gamer who plays pretty much every day... 3 to 4 months is the general lifetime of the controller - from my experience. They continue to "work" but, the buttons stop responding properly. For example, sometimes I'll start running and the character will immediately stop and walk instead. I'll press the button to "shoot" but, nothing happens. Then, it shoots seconds later...
I then go out and buy a new remote - problems solved. So yeah, love the PS4 remotes but, they don't last very long with heavy use.
