Repaired needed because water valve was broken

Had to rely on Geek Squad to repair/replace broken water valve on brand new unit. Right after new Whirlpool refrig was installed kitchen floor got flooded as we tried to use in door water dispenser. Geek Squad send replacement parts directly to us and Tech came out to do repair. Turn around time was 4 days, so kudos to Geek Squad. We are glad that it seems to be working great now. No other issues so far.

I have continued to try different settings. I am now putting really small loads in dryer in the hopes that it doesn't take 3 plus hrs to dry a load. It continues to add time to initial eco setting as it tries to get clothes dry. So far not at all impressed with this unit. Plus it really knots up sheets! Got the matching washer and it does a good job. Why have a large capacity dryer if it can only handle very small loads to accomplish drying any clothes in 1 hr. Only upside so far is it looks nice!

The stainless steel water hose was installed to replace an older cooper line. I got over 30 years out of the old line and it was still working fine. But I had no problem having new line installed as recommended by Tech.

This Samsung unit is very large and deep. I wanted a large capability unit so I could do larger loads but so far this unit works best with small and midsize loads. Larger loads tend to not get cleaned as well. Its hard to retrieve some of your smaller items that get left at bottom of the drum. I'm 5ft. 8in. I would not recommend it to anyone shorter. This is the 1st non agitator unit I have owned so far I am liking that feature a lot. I think it is easier on the clothes.

We are liking the Whirlpool Refrigerator a lot. Only down side is that the drawers do not slide very well. Plus our unit came with broken valves to the water dispenser and ice maker. Water was flooding kitchen if either feature was used. Geek Squad had it repaired within 4 days. All is good. Plus the tech went the extra mile and got the exterior doors adjusted and lined up better.
