The fit good with not a lot of wiggle while jogging. Good for running headphones if you don't mind the wires. You don't hear the steps if you take the time to change the rubber pieces to fit your ears properly.

For a compact 16GB storage device, it cannot be beat. I use it to store music to play in my car, since the flip down cover in my 2013 Elantra is not very accommodating for larger devices, this tiny one is a perfect fit. Transfer speed is relatively quick. We also use this kind at work and have put a key ring through the loop to have them issued out as a work item to transfer files between devices.
