I needed to replace the cord on my ipad. I opted for the apple brand instead of the insignia because it was longer and on sale. Thought the longer cord word be nice to have. Now the extra length is driving me crazy. Nothing wrong with cord, just make sure you want a longer cord than the 4' one that usually comes with the apple devices.

I really do like the color of the case and how it matches the rose gold of my phone. The feel of the case is good and is not slippery in your hands. My only complaint is that raising/lowering the volume and locking the phone takes a real push as the area where the buttons are is really not very flexible.
