These are definitely better quality than the beats but still falls short on value for the money.
The rubber lining on the ear pieces gest a bit uncomfortable and makes your ears warm after a while. At this price it should have a cooling fan :)

Really price for just ok. I play TV through my stereo as well as the TV. When I listen with the head phones it plays the TV sound but I can still hear the background sound from the stereo speakers. I thought it would do a much better job cancelling out the background noise. They are perfect for my mom who is hard of hearing but for me just Meh.

can other people hear the tv when the phones are in use?
For me yes. I play the sound through both my TV and the stereo. The headphones take over the TV sound but others can still hear the sound on the stereo. Problem is that they don't cancel out the background noise enough so you are also hearing the head phones and the speakers. They are perfect for my mother who is hard of hearing. She cant hear the background noise at all and can now hear the TV without it blasting everyone else.
