Didn't work out of the box...

Verified Purchase:Yes
We opened the box and plugged in the cable to the car and our iPhone. Turned on the aux and the cable had a short in it. $13 and it didn't work.
Tried to return it and they wouldn't let me. I live 4 hours from a best but and had waiting 36 days and they wouldn't take it back
