It took two staff members 8 tries with three different units to get this thing installed. They claimed to be experts at it. Not at all. Never did get truly aligned. Got fed up. Since then it has further slipped out of place, has cracked, and become loose in one corner.

Really meeting my expectations. Only the phone. Glad to not have purchased the 6+ due to it's size. Miss the 6+ screen resolution though. Terribly disappointed with the way Best Buy staff set-up my carrier services. Store Machinery was breaking down/malfunctioning and couldn't verify anything electronically.

Very very slow speed when used with Comcast ISP

Never was able to get 50 Mb speeds that were part of my ISP package. The customer service was understanding and thorough in trying to resolve. They ultimately told me to return unit to the store after their 5 hours of troubleshooting over 3 consecutive nights failed. I really never thought the unit was at fault since 3 different routers I had tried before this never could get the desired speeds either.

What's not so great: Barely got 5 Mb download speeds at times when using Comcast Blaze.

It was suggested that I return to store for replacement by Apple reps because the device interface would freeze after trying to watch steams from Netflix which never played. On the second device, the same still happens. No response from Netflix yet on why.
